5.4 Risk of Loss

6. Returns, Refunds, and Guarantee

We offer a 67-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with Semenax for any reason, you may return the product within 67 days of your original purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling costs).

6.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Return all bottles (including empty ones) in the original packaging
4. Ship the return to our address with the RMA number clearly marked

6.3 Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned product. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the credit.

6.4 Exclusions

The money-back guarantee applies to your first order only. Subsequent orders of the same products are not eligible for the guarantee. Returns received after the 67-day period will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at sales@authorizedsemenax.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

13.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Christian County, Missouri, or at another mutually agreed location.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

13.4 Exceptions

Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Christian County, Missouri, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Authorized Semenax regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.

17. Waiver

No waiver by Authorized Semenax of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.
